The Praia da Barra, whose name derives from the fact of being located next to the port of Aveiro Bar is a place of the parish of Gafanha of Nazareth. It is a typically urban beach level I, standing immediately south of the artificial bar that is the Ria de Aveiro entry, with the important reference called the Lighthouse Bar.
